Cats are popular subjects for photography these days.  This cat on the welcome mat will have to serve at least for today as my contribution to the public displays of catdom.
Cat sat staring as I stood with Charlie at my side, making this picture.  It wasn't until Charlie and I were moving away walking down the sidewalk that cat gave up his stare and wandered off in his/her own direction.
